Malcolm is a Costs Lawyer with over twenty five years experience in the legal costs sector. He has expertise in a wide range of legal costs issues and acts for a variety of clients ranging from individuals through to major institutions in the litigation funding sector. Malcolm spent many years working for international and nationwide firms of solicitors preparing invoices, estimates and budgets as well as advising on rules and procedures. He now uses this expertise to ensure that our clients get best value from their legal spend. Malcolm is also an accredited trainer of the Association of Costs Lawyers and conducts seminars on various aspects of legal costs.

Dom Malatesta is also a Costs Lawyer of the Association of Law Costs Draftsmen and has acted in many cases and prior to working with Malcolm in Westminster from 1996, Dom spent several years in two of the City's premier law firms. He has advised clients on various types of legal costs issues and in particular in respect of the litigation process, including advising on budgeting and costs estimates; the preparation of costs schedules for use with allocation and listing questionnaires and on the detailed assessment procedure at the conclusion of proceedings.
